Without piecing the story back together across apps.
Founders, consultants, PMs, and anyone juggling responsibilities across projects. Taskforce helps you see the next move without keeping every detail in your head.
Taskforce brings the work, its evidence, and your last stop together. With optional collection and analysis enabled, it can find assigned work and link related updates, so you spend less time maintaining a list.
While the app runs, enabled collection and analysis can find assigned work in your approved sources, connect updates, and prepare next-step suggestions. You choose which sources it can access.
Yes. Create your own Actions, add context, use Focus, and save your Last Stop. Source connections and AI are optional.
It prepares your Action, context, and next step for an external AI tool. You can copy the handoff into your own tool; supported connected agents can return a checkpoint. External AI uses your own accounts and may have separate costs.
No. You choose what to do, start Focus, and mark work complete. Taskforce does not automatically send messages or complete Actions, and it does not interrupt you with system notifications or automatic popups.
Source connections are experimental in the beta. Availability depends on the provider and your account; Gmail is paused and Calendar is limited to approved test accounts. Check the setup guide for current limitations.
The beta supports Macs with Apple Silicon running macOS 13 or later. Windows is planned; a Windows or mobile app is not currently available.
Sign in or create a Taskforce account and you’re in the beta. Download the Mac app from the confirmation screen. You can share feedback through the support link whenever you like.
Yes. The current beta is free, with no automatic payment. Any external AI service you choose may charge separately. Future pricing will be announced before paid access is introduced.
Actions, Last Stop, and Focus state are stored on your Mac. You control source access. If you enable remote AI, relevant snippets may be sent to that service with your consent. The privacy policy explains the separate handling of workspace, account, and beta signup data.
